My family tried to go out to eat for Mother’s Day and they refused to let us be seated together, they was absolutely rude and I will never eat there again!

RecommendedPretty good food, they could use less lettuce on the burgers tho. The meat was seasoned perfectly. And the fries were hot and fresh. The waitress was nice and friendly. She made sure to check up on us frequently. She also should let people know they round up instead of my husband giving her a $100 bill and she letting us know after she gave us our change. That's not a proper way to go about that. It could upset some people. Other than that keep up the good work.
Seated right away. Food came fairly quickly. Has to wait a few extra minutes for the fajitas. Rice was cold, but they took care of it promptly. So all in all we were happy with our meal and service.

Took *forever* to receive food, waitress never stopped by to provide updates, the lights kept going off and on. Two out of our 4-top ordered soup and one bowl smelled like canned dog food and unfortunately tasted the same- it made the person who ordered it throw up. Entree's finally arrived and my fried chicken was cold through and soggy. Another guests pasta was cold through and bread had hardened. Chili's Grill & Bar Chili's has a great atmosphere with great deals. It is also in a great location close to everything and the service is pleasant. They also have car side service and plenty of room inside for a large crowd.
