My server Monse was great! I was leaving it on the kiosk thingy at the table but it times out. Anyway thanks for the good service!
This Romeoville location is on the rise. Manager presence on the floor. The staff is engaged and look happy to be there. Sometimes mistakes happen, but this team is all over making things right and taking care of the guest. The GM is impacting the guest and team member experience. We did not have the best experience today, but left feeling great about the resolution. Thank you to the GM and his team for turning things around.
