Absolutely wonderful care for my kitty, Sugar, and has been that way for the past 10 years ! Fantastic staff, especially Joy and Sue, and a great Vet, Dr. Bowser !
While the staff and doctor were friendly and professional we are disappointed with the fact that this facility is no longer full service. Follow-up care needs to be done at a different location that causes delay. While this current situation is not an emergency the doctor indicated it should happen asap. Best result, 1 week. Doctor staffing seems to be the primary problem. We have used this office for many years and have always been satisfied. However, we find it will be necessary to find a different provider.
We’ve taken every pet to Chili Animal Care for as long as I can remember. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate clients despite their limited hours of operation. They are friendly and great at handling our over excited pup. You can feel assured that they care about your pets health as much as you do.
