Please read all reviews on this company, BBB, Facebook, Yelp. I wish we would have. I am returning my original review. We were told to get our mileage on the new motor in our motor home, we were required to remove the yelp review before they would give it to us. Mr. Sale the office manager was rude and condescending to us throughout this process. I would never have removed the review but were desperate for the information that was due to us. Unbelievably happy with our brand new RV. This was our first time purchasing an RV and didn't have a clue what we needed or wanted. After going to multiple other places in the Chicagoland area, we stopped by Campland RV. Scott listened to our purpose and use of what we wanted to do with our RV. We gave him a budget. Very personable, Kelly was great as usual. Matthew was thoughtful to our needs and remembered us from the time before. Clint who we met as we walked through the door greatly displayed integrity by giving this sale to another once he found out we talked to them first. You don't find that kind of trust or respect in many. We will keep coming back for sure.
Everything at Campland has been excellent. Wade was fantastic with the walk through, the best we've had yet. This is the 4th camper we have bought here.

I just wanted to let you know that we just love our new Grand Design Reflection 27RL. We have camped in it every weekend since we got it. Everything is working great!!!
