The MOST Award winning food truck in Colorado!! Went to the Parkway Food court down in Longmont today for an event, and inside the food court was Chile Con Quesadilla. The man that served me was very prideful in the business he serves and his mother; a woman with a passion to create authentic, good quality food. Personally—their street corn is the best side to get. The tacos are amazing!!! The quesadillas are just as good. Christina and Bossman hooked it up and they are both Super Nice. Must try if visiting Denver.

The food was a letdown. The pork taco is literally bbq pork in a taco, like bbq sauce flavored, really odd and super mushy. Birria is just ok but consommé was pretty bland/oily, the sauces are also strange, heavy oregano flavor on the green and the red is like blended tomatoes with no spice. Beans were pretty good, street corn not near enough spice/seasoning and mainly just tastes like warm mayo. It's walking distance from our house but we won't be going back.
