I regretfully had a negative experience with Childtime Daycare on West Grand Blvd in Detroit. My 5-month-old attended for 3 months, and during that time, we encountered over 9 incident reports, including one involving Child Protective Services (CPS). I also reported these issues to the State of Michigan due to serious concerns about the care provided. They scheduled me for a tour bt told me I had to pay just to be on the waiting list 😩🥲
Wasted my time, coming down, when the could've said there were no openings over the phone. It smelled funny in there anyway.
We love this daycare! The staff and teachers are attentive, engaging, and truly care about our kid. Our daughter has so much fun here and is excited to go to school each day. We really feel like the teachers are partners with us and supportive when we need extra attention. Super convenient that they provide all of the food, too. Highly recommend this place.
