DO NOT send your children here. I worked at this daycare, and I cannot in good conscience stay silent about the serious concerns I witnessed. Untrained Staff: Teachers are allowed to work with children before completing all required training. Disrespectful & Unprofessional Staff: Some teachers openly mock and insult the children, including infants. I witnessed staff referring to babies by rude nicknames and even calling them ugly. Update: Before considering sending your children here, I would highly recommend reading reviews and talking to other parents from this location. To clarify further on my review below, I raised concerns with the leadership team here about my daughter coming home from daycare and slapping us. A few days after this, I saw my daughter get slapped by another child. Our daughter attended this institution for her first year. Since we've enrolled her, we have had countless issues with the leadership reps. For instance, we've been told she couldn't attend for the day after bringing her in, we've had zero communication regarding next steps/what is expected after a sick call. Our daughter was in this daycare for almost a year. We had several complaints about them not properly changing her and cleaning her when changing her. The thing that finally made us pull her out was the daycare workers were abusing and screaming at her. Her father came in to the teacher screaming at our child and the rest of the children in the class huddled in a corner in fear. Avoid at all costs.

Just a heads up and nothing against this particular location or employees but their "policy" is to collect a NON REFUNDABLE $150 from you as a "registration fee" to even be added to the waitlist. They can't tell you WHEN or IF they will have a spot for you and they won't give you the money back if you find other arrangements. Extremely unreasonable to ask parents for money when you're not even guaranteeing the child a spot.
