Very unprofessional have roachs and spiders and who call people to get it fixed give old food to kids and staff and very messy and unprofessional

My girls love it here! We have been going here for 2 years now.
When picking my daughter up from this facility on Tuesday, January 16th, I witnessed my daughter being punished for typical 3-year old behavior by means of public shaming. She had spread soap across the counter while washing her hands and, as a consequence, the responsible staff member forced her to sit in a room separate from her peers where no other children were present.
