Used to a great place when it was private. But it's gone downhill fast. Management is so bad that they can't even get enough teachers for the rooms they have, so expect FREQUENT times when they won't be able to watch your child. "We need volunteers to keep your child at home because we're short staffed" will be the #1 type of message you'll be receiving, usually the night before so you'll be using all your PTO on watching your kid on days they can't do it. katie is rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional
The director Katie is very rude and very disrespectful, she encourages and rewards kids to fight and beat on the staff and other kids, she never greets parents, she is so unprofessional and there bugs in the classroom
Terrible management
Very unprofessional management here. The director Katie withheld our billing statements for military child care assistance and refuses to do the paperwork. I sure hope your corporate reads these because what youre doing is illegal and a disservice to your veterans. Think twice before you send your kids here, childtime has been nothing but grief.
