this place and the Staff are very unorganized. I was scheduled for a tour and when I showed up 20 minutes early, I stood outside the lock doors for the entire 20 minutes before a teacher came out of The break room to go back in to work and saw me standing there. Katie, the director was in her office on the phone and when she came out, she did not greet me. We love the staff that works here. Everyone from management to teachers are lovely here. I was very hesitant to send my child to daycare, but I am beyond glad that I did! These gals have had such a positive impact on my child’s growth and development. They are always so understanding and they care for my child as if he were their own. While there can be challenges with staffing at times, I do believe that Katie does her best to overcome the obstacles and is incredibly fair to all children and parents. Used to a great place when it was private. But it's gone downhill fast. Management is so bad that they can't even get enough teachers for the rooms they have, so expect FREQUENT times when they won't be able to watch your child. "We need volunteers to keep your child at home because we're short staffed" will be the #1 type of message you'll be receiving, usually the night before so you'll be using all your PTO on watching your kid on days they can't do it.
