Most terrible childcare we have ever enrolled our child to. Some of the teachers are abusive - yelling, threats, time-outs are a daily norm. My child was heavily bullied for weeks nd none of the teachers interfered. He was hit in the genitals and called names, was hit and called names. Nothing happened from the teachers' sides. I’ve talked to parents that have experienced specific teachers working there who have been rough with the kids there. One incident led to a kid being dropped on his head twice. Another incident a teacher pulled a kids arm aggressively. One of the parents watched on camera a snake slithering around the playground and the children continued to play while the teachers fled leaving them there. I would NOT recommend bringing your kid here, my nephew was dropped multiple times without any repercussions. The staff member is actually still employed.
Ms. Montse did a wonderful job with my nephew as when I picked him up he was clean and calm. She made sure he ate!
