The level of care and support this center provides makes me feel very comfortable and confident about my choice to utilize this center for care!! The cameras are a nice touch to make you feel even better and to keep in touch with your child throughout the day. The center director and her staff are incredible!
Megan and Dawn were wonderful and welcomed my son in graciously as he transitioned schools and the amount of days he had to attend. The food menu could use some improvement, my son struggled with some of the lunch options. The price of this facility is affordable, especially during tight times of today’s economy. Thank you to all the staff at. Childtime Painesville!
Very good experience. We have been using them for almost four years now and it has been a great place for our children.
I’ve waited long enough to leave this review but I’ve had enough!! Took a week’s full of tuition from my bank account when my child was no longer enrolled. I was told I would have a refund within 5-10 business days. That was on 9/16/25. It is now 10/13/25 and still no refund!!! When I called the customer service number to check on my refund again, they wouldn’t even help me!! She could care less!! Why are you stealing from parents? Why have you not given me MY money back they you wrongfully took from my account? Completely u... read more
I was scheduled to do a tour today. We waited for a little…but when we were waiting, I saw a teacher snatch some thing from a child’s hands. I also saw a child standing on a table and one standing on a chair next to what looks to be a changing table. Not to mention, the teach had a child I’m assuming who had an accident standing on the changing table… naked from the waist down where EVERYONE could see. No privacy. I would never send my child here. I would not be able to focus on my work knowing my child may not be well taken... read more
