I was scheduled to do a tour today. We waited for a little…but when we were waiting, I saw a teacher snatch some thing from a child’s hands. I also saw a child standing on a table and one standing on a chair next to what looks to be a changing table. Not to mention, the teach had a child I’m assuming who had an accident standing on the changing table… naked from the waist down where EVERYONE could see. No privacy. I was not impressed with the level of care provided. While the facility promotes having cameras, each time I checked on my daughter she was left in her crib crying, even after staff had told me she was awake from her nap. It also appeared that very little effort was made to encourage her to drink her bottle—if she fussed, they would give up almost immediately and put her down. Our son has gone here for almost 2 months and it’s been the worse experience ever. Came home with bites on his back with no explanation today which was the last straw. Ask them to make sure he keeps his socks and shoes on and they say if we tell them 3 times and they still do it oh well. Today I saw on video a teacher lifting up a kid by one arm. Nope not going to be there anymore. The food they give sometimes I wouldn’t eat as an adult let alone a young child. I will continue to raise my concerns to whoever I need to until ... read more

I have been very thankful for this place! My kids basically grew up here. They don’t just simply watch your kids. My children learned to grow connections with other children and lifelong friendships with the staff. Always checking in to see how we are doing. If they’re any issues, I feel free to address them and they’re not dismissed. Someone is always available to talk to. I love checking in on my kids on the cameras anytime I miss them and love the activities they do to engage my kiddos. I highly recommend!
