Great school and excellent management! My daughter is always excited to go to school and miss Amaya is very kind and really cares for her students . Their junior K program is very well rounded for preschoolers.
My daughter is enrolled in the toddler program and she really enjoys it. The staff is very kind, patient and communicative. They are good about sending updates throughout the day along with some photos. My daughter really enjoys looking over photos at the end of the day, when we talk about her day at school. She likes pointing out her friends and saying their names. Overall, my experience with this daycare center has been great!
Echoing what was said about the abuse by a teacher and the unclean facilities, I’m a family member and watched the livestream of the abuse of our child. I will attach the response from the school when they were emailed. This is proof that they know exactly what we were referencing in that review. If I could give zero stars, I would. We enrolled our toddler full-time at this Childtime location in May 2025. Unfortunately, our experience has been marked by serious safety issues, mishandled incidents, and a consistent lack of accountability from leadership. 1. Physical Mishandling by Staff Member Not long after starting, I witnessed on the school’s livestream a staff member (that was substituting for the lead teacher) physically tossing my child onto a bed during nap time in an attempt to force him to lie down. The facilities are absolutely amazing, I've had the honor of coaching some of the kids here and they are absolutely amazing, the staff are so nice and have helped every step of the way. Thank you once again childtime of Herndon and special thanks to staff Sherry Justice and Jennifer Finner for the support they show to all members, staff, and kids.
