I called to enroll my daughter and the person I was talking to forgot her name, I was asking questions about the rates and other things she was ignoring me and keep giving me lecture about other stuff that I already know and I told her I’m just calling to check how much longer the rate and she screamed on me and she said I’m trying to explain for you and she hanged up the phone.
We have had a wonderful experience with Childtime Folsom. Our family has both an 8-month-old in the infant class and a 3-year-old in the preschool class, who started at just 4 months old with this same center and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive every day. We've been going to Childtime for over two years, and it has been an incredible experience for our family. My daughter started at age 3, and my son started in the infant room at 6 months old. As full-time working parents, having a daycare we completely trust has been invaluable. The teachers are what make this place so special. WE LOVE CHILDTIME FOLSOM!!! My daughter is almost 2 and has been coming here since I started my job when she was 9 months old, and we are so grateful for their amazing team. The infant room teachers were absolutely incredible and so attentive and supportive of all my girls needs, to this day she still loves to see them and gets so excited when they come to her classroom!
