Wonderful, caring staff and the facility is clean and orderly. My children are thriving here and I love knowing that they are getting quality care.
We've been bringing our child to Childtime Fairlawn for over a year as an alternative childcare option, and overall, we have been very pleased with our experience. Since February, the center has made significant improvements, and the positive changes have been noticeable. Our child was enrolled at this center since summer of 2021. We never had any issues until management changed back in February. The staff left and we were left trying to figure out childcare for our toddler. We always paid tuition weeks ahead of time. When childtime decided they could no longer provide consistent and safe childcare they canceled his pre-k class. We had to seek childcare elsewhere. I used to love this school, Shante was great and so were the staff . I came in one day and she was gone and we were not given any explanation! I transferred my kids to another center due to how this center is being run now. Beth and whoever else they throw in there .
Literally the best!!!! I have never had any of my kids in a daycare bc it can be very scary. These ladies have ALWAYS made me feel extremely comfortable with taking care of my premature twins. They are very good at communicating and listening to all my worries and concerns. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!! They really are the best!!! Thank you ladies!!!!!
