I used to love this school, Shante was great and so were the staff . I came in one day and she was gone and we were not given any explanation! I transferred my kids to another center due to how this center is being run now. Beth and whoever else they throw in there .
Literally the best!!!! I have never had any of my kids in a daycare bc it can be very scary. These ladies have ALWAYS made me feel extremely comfortable with taking care of my premature twins. They are very good at communicating and listening to all my worries and concerns. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!! They really are the best!!! Thank you ladies!!!!! My son was at this daycare for 6 months. We transferred from the lovely Childtime of Stow. The director at that location spoke very highly of this location and the director at the time, Shawntae. The first five months here were great...and then Ms. Shawntae was gone with no notice. Suddenly there were frequent closings due to staff shortages. Corporate changed management of this location and all of the good staff left. The transition left them short staffed so I waited (only 2 weeks) before trying again. It seems they removed my children from their system, and the person watching infants clearly did not want me to drop off my infant because "they didn't know if we would be coming back." We were using a flexible pass. If they weren't sure about us coming back before, they can be sure now.
In february of 2026 Childtime of fairlawn went downhill in my opinion. First, cooperate let Mrs.Shawntae go on a Monday and literally all the good staff went with her! The daycare has been closing early (which RARELY happens)because they’re “short staffed” which would’ve never happened if they let Mrs.Shawntae go! This place is extremely lazy now I do not recommend your kids coming here until 2027-2028👍🏻
