My daughter attends daycare here. She is 1 year old, started recently and has never attended daycare before or been away from us for extended periods. I was worried when I saw some unpleasant reviews but decided to give Childtime-Evanston a genuine try, knowing that not every experience will be the same. Our family has been at this Childtime location for almost 8 years and we've had a great experience. Our oldest was better prepared for kindergarten than many of her peers and still loves to visit her former teachers when we pick up her little brother.
Stinky, dingy and dim. Children looked bored. Did not see one teacher engaged with children. Infant room looked more like an institution vs baby room. Classes looked desperately in need of some tlc. Is this a CHILDcare facility or kiddie jail? This is the saddest daycare I've ever seen! I feel bad for the children that have to stay there for longer than an hour. Our daughter has attended ChildTime of Evanston since she was just 12 weeks old and the staff are incredible! They genuinely care about our daughter, they know her personality and are so kind. Now that she is almost 1 she is so excited to see her teachers every morning and is always happy at the end of the day. I am confident my child is well taken care of, safe and happy here. The app updates are great too! Tracey, Cheryl and all the teachers are doing amazing work.
We LOVE ChildTime St Francis! Our daughter was lucky enough to be in Ms. Marcella’s and Ms. Patty’s rooms and they take wonderful care of our baby. The individual attention they provide shows how much these wonderful teachers care about everyone’s little learner!
