Child Time has been a part of my family’s journey for the past nine years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love, care, and dedication the teachers have shown to my children. I’m now on my third child attending this center, and each of my kids has thrived under their care. Worst day care center in Elk Grove . Kids are unsupervised and they have no accountability here .

Would not recommend leaving your child here if you actually care for their safety and well being my child was able to escape the gate on the play yard and be in the parking lot for X amount of time (they showed me "footage" of her getting out of the gate. There was a pole blocking the camera view so I couldn't see any of it I never even got to see my child be brought back in from the parking lot) I was originally told it was really quick and the staff brought the kids back in the facility from the parking lot. my little cousin is two years old and was not being supervised while outside , her and 2 other toddlers were able to get out of the gates and away . A UPS driver found the babies and brought them back to they daycare . Staff had no reconciliation of the children being gone and the mother was not notified of the incident until hours after the fact . When asked to see footage , they required her to come down and view it , in the footage a pole is covering the camera so barely any of the incident was caught on camera .they chan... read more
