We are incredibly grateful for our 6 months at Childtime Elk Grove. As new parents, leaving our daughter in someone else’s care for the first time was such a big step, but Ms. Shaima, Ms. Anahita, and Director Donyale made that transition so much easier for us. They have been so much more than teachers to our family — they have been a constant source of support, reassurance, kindness, and guidance. This place is discriminatory against children who have special needs and this place is not sanitary. They will leave your child in their own feces and urine for hours. They only care about getting money because they only used to take stage 2 child care but according to the director who is rude and goes around threatening people when people don't follow or do what shes says when its convenient for her said "we need money because we don't get enough funding from stage 2 so we take it all now, whatever we can get". This is our first experience with a daycare and it has been great. We have constant communication with the staff and our child loves all of his teachers. They all seem to know him and truly care. We are very happy with this daycare.

We absolutely LOVED this daycare. We moved to a different city so had to switch and truly was a hard decision to leave because of Childtime! Management is excellent. Always on top of incidents that happen, health bulletin and business updates. They did fun activities with the kids like the Halloween trunk or treat or Easter egg hunt. The teachers are fantastic! My daughter is been there for almost a year, her teacher was Ms Anjini Lata, she was very sweet and kind, also very knowledgeable about the lectures, I loved how creative she was with her group, my daughter improve her speech and learned a lot with her.
