I’m so happy with Childtime Daycare]! The staff are wonderful and truly care about the kids. My son loves going every day and has learned so much since starting. The director Ms.Nia is very nice and always takes the time to communicate and make sure everything is going smoothly. It’s such a warm, welcoming, and safe environment — I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child
My children have been going to this facility for a few years and management has been amazing with assisting with transitions. Ms. SaNasia has been wonderful and very helpful. Ms. Nia has been a great addition as well.
My siblings have been going to Child time for a while now and she loves it here ! They learn so much and have fun doing different activities and learning every day! Every morning they are actually excited to come here and see their teachers and friends. Special thank you to Ms. Sanasia for the great tour she gave us showing us the building and giving us details of how the day will go for them! :) love it here !
I had a tour on Thursday 4/17/25 at 9:30am. I ended up liking the center and let them know I was interested and deposit ready! They confirmed there was an opening and I was told that I would be sent an application, and once my deposit was paid the spot for my daughter would be held. I waited but was never sent anything, when I tried to call back no one would answer, the next day also no answer, I had to call for 3 days and when someone finally answered I was told AGAIN the email would be sent and still didn’t get anything. I am the father of the infant who was force-fed at ChildTime of Columbia last year. Since that incident, I've reflected deeply on our experience at this daycare—the very first we trusted with our son. After speaking with former employees, I discovered the core issue plaguing ChildTime: consistently poor management, resulting in chronic staffing shortages and high turnover.
