We’ve had a wonderful experience with Childtime of Columbia! The teachers and staff are caring, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to the children. ChildTime was such a blessing for our family. Very thankful for the center and the team! Our son went here for summer camp. He has special needs and the team was so inclusive and sweet to him! They truly loved him while he was here and it made for a really meaningful experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend that parents enroll their children at Childtime of Columbia Oakland Mills. While some of the teachers and teachers are great with the kids and very attentive, admin is a complete mess. If you send emails to the facility or attempt to do so to corporate, you will never receive a response. Same with the portal - they either do not read them or reply. I receive a partial CCS subsidy through the state and there were multiple times where the facility would not complete information and submit it to... read more
