As a prospective parent, I am unimpressed by the communication skills of the staff at this location. I showed up for my virtual tour on time but was never let into the call. After thirty minutes of waiting, I left. Never received any communication about it other than an email saying I had missed my tour. Oddly enough, a similar situation happened with Childtime of Hanover as well. I don’t wish to have my child cared for by a place lacking in communication ability.
My nephew attended the Columbia location with director Ashely the and her assistant. My daughter has loved attending Childtime. She has cerebral palsy and the staff have gone out of their way to accommodate her and make her feel welcome and included. It is a place where I know she is safe and having fun with peers. I'm so thankful as a mom to know that they are looking out for her every day.
I’ve been sending my child to ChildTime Columbia for 14 months, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. Ms. Ashley, the Director, is wonderful—caring, kind, and clearly passionate about her work and the well-being of the children. Additionally, Ms. Sa'Nasia, the new Assistant Director, has been fantastic and is a great addition to the ChildTime Columbia team! Like any daycare, there have been some challenges. My child experienced a few incidents of being bitten, which is unfortunately common at this age. While ... read more
