Our daughter started at this location in the Twos classroom with Ms. Patti, and it was an amazing experience. We enjoyed sending her every day, full-time, knowing that Ms. Patti’s expertise with toddlers helped her excel in the classroom. Unfortunately, over the last year at Childtime, staffing turnover became a serious issue, and the lack of consistency was very apparent. My son went here from 8 months old until 3 years old. The infant and toddler room (ages 0-2) were great. The teachers were top notch, and we were immediately contacted of any incidents. However, since then, my son has been bitten, scratched, punched, and more with ZERO communication from the school. They simply don't watch the kids. Very good program for Preschool.
I recently switched to childtime in chesterfield and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. My daughter has been doing amazing since she starting going there. My daughter feels very welcomed. Best decision ever!
