Horrible Service – Cost Me $16,000! Craig’s mistakes and negligence cost my business over $16,000 in extra taxes and penalties. I gave him all my paperwork — including a 1099 from a state grant — well before the tax deadline. He simply didn’t use the 1099 when filing, which meant the IRS later billed me for the unpaid taxes plus interest and fees. Had to redo my last 4 years taxes because he did not depreciate any of our rental houses. Never returns calls texts or emails. Had to just show up at his house to get my last years taxes. Strongly do not recommend!! Horrible experience!
