Doc is fine, but one of the receptionist was blatantly avoiding talking to customers, so made it an unnecessarily long wait, both to sign in and at the end to settle the bill. Allow yourself an hour and a half at least, it's not the most efficient clinic I've been in unfortunately.

The doctors are amazing here. But there is one receptionist, and today she pretended to not see me or assist me when I showed up at the bench so I walked away and decided to give them a call instead to organize appointments and update my details over the phone.

Couldn't find sign stating Pathology, reception told me to take a card & ring bell, which was located behind me, number was called ASAP, went to other side of building, theres no air no ventilation anywhere, when i entered the room, was the smallest Pathology room i have ever been in, they didn't even have a bed, luckily I didn't loose conciousness, no windows, no fresh air, Pathologist even said the roof ventilation wasn't working, she said t gets very hot in the room, I had to hurry & get ut of there, I wasn't even told to... read more

Appointments here are a joke. I booked a 1:30 PM appointment for my 2-month-old baby’s vaccination. We checked in at reception at 1:15 PM and waited until 2:45 PM without anyone bothering to update us. There was no communication at all from the staff. When I finally asked to cancel the appointment at 2:45 PM, the manager came out and said there was a medical emergency and that patients need to be patient. We were patient — for over an hour.
