James and his team are amazing - great quality work. They aren't cheap and if it's not an emergency, they are hard to reach, but we strongly recommend and will keep using.
Called out this firm for a gas leak emergency. Very quick response on a cold Saturday morning. Ben, the engineer, identified the issue quickly and isolated the faulty equipment ,Got our heating system working very quickly. Very reasonable charges. Will recommend any time! Due to the emergency we did not even ask for a quote so if not ethical could have charged some unrealistic amount! Thanks.
