Got me in and out no problems . Guys shoot it straight with you and will be a return customer
Unfortunately, the public-facing part of the shop has an awful attitude, refusing to accept responsibility for mistakes. Showed up at 7:45 a.m. and was third vehicle for service that day. Shop was aware I was going to wait during the repair. SIX HOURS LATER, I inquired about how much longer the wait might be. Expressed my disappointment I was not warned about the repair time and received hostility and indifference. I had monitored progress on my vehicle and KNOW it was not being serviced much of the time it was in the shop. ... read more
