They double charged me on my taxes and when i addressed it they blocked me claimed I was dumb and broke. I've called the irs and the bank and they both agree i was double charged and since you were the preparer it's your responsibility they advised me what to do and that's what will be done i didnt curse anyone first just like the lady I've talked to called me broke and stupid have a great day you'll be hearing from the irs with the forms I'm filing as they told me to file
