Terrible bed side manners. No compassion for male clients and the pain involved with procedures. Seemed bothered by patients needs and fears. However, did give prescription for antibiotics for infections that she THINKs she seen in the urinalysis. That gives the 1 star. Otherwise, no stars should be given. Find a different urologist if you can.
Receptionists did not make an appointment when I called for my husband. We were told he possibly has bladder cancer and needed a cystoscopy to verify. I explained the Er Dr. Gave us this office as the referral, and I have the paperwork. She was rude, and short w me. Showed no compassion and stated they did not have an opening til January. She said I would have to wait. I said OK and hung up.
