The actual septic install was fine. However, the dealings with the company were very frustrating, unprofessional and non-responsive. The job was not completed per the agreement, and the owners refused to comply. They failed to bill and after 4 years noticed their error and threatened late fees even though they never completed the job.Save yourself the headache and find someone else to do business with. I wish we had.
