Dr Childress and his associates are very good at what they do, but the products that they install has not held up. I have been in several times to have the Crowns reinstalled. When I first started getting crowns done in Feb of 2014, they were using one type of Crown material and the next time I went back it as another, they ended up replacing most if not all the original crowns under warranty.
