I flew into town and only had a few days to deal with my sisters issues... we considered bankruptcy as an option and Mr. Flax really showed his knowledge, I was on the phone when my Sister and and her Pastor met with him. I threw out some very difficult questions that he answered everything so well, I felt like an expert. Hire Mr. Flax if you don’t want your family law case to progress or come to any conclusion. He’ll ensure he doesn’t respond to opposing counsel or even attempt to negotiate and instead bill you for can kicking and vague answers (if any). He’ll go on vacations and just become non responsive. How is this guy still practicing?!
Very helpful attorneys during a very difficult and stressful situation. Attorney Flax was low stress! We are yet to actually go to court so I have to hold back a star until I see how we do in court! Also used this practice to complete my wills and PoA’s. Very helpful with our limited estate planning.
