My experience with Childress Engineering was extremely disappointing. The engineer assigned to my project left the company—and no one bothered to inform me or follow up. As a result, my entire project was forgotten, and I only found out after repeatedly trying (and failing) to get someone on the phone. On top of that, several promised elements were never delivered, and communication throughout the process was almost nonexistent.
