No one answers the phone
Made a teleMed appointment and no one called. I tried calling the office over 10x and no one ever answered. I left multiple voicemails and no one called back. This place is a mess. Very upset as I had to call off work to be able to be with my son and go through the teleMed appt.
First time going to Boca Raton location. I recently visited this doctor’s office at Boca Raton, and while some aspects were good parking, clearness office, others left much to be desired. First, the phone system is absolutely terrible. I tried calling the office multiple times and it was early like 45 to 60 minutes but no one pick up, only to be told to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback in 24 hours. Greed, Greed, Greed!! They Don’t answer phone…to prevent you from cancellation appt. “Bill Insurance; Bill Insurance, Bill Insurance;”Duplication of Services; Went there for explanation of ultrasound (Something Extremely minor) which the results/explanation was ALREADY sent by the hospital. Nurse practitioner examined pt…. Totally Un-necessary then Doctor came in and re-examined pt… totally un-necessary…. Doctor stated what was in the results/letter… Nothing Additional!! I would give them 0 star if I could. I have a time sensitive consult and they wouldn’t be any helpful to verify that the insurance is active, saying they were not able to verify online and were busy to call health insurance to verify it. I called my insurance to do the work and add them to a three way call, so it would be quick and easier for them - the response I got was “sorry but i am busy with other patients not able to”, and of course not picking up the representative who tried to add them to the three way call.
