Never received a bill but they sent me to collections for $1200 when the bill on the hospital statement was only $396.61. Tried to call when they answered they hung up on me after saying they were not allowed to tell me the reason for this.

Same experience as the other reviewers. No bill no phone calls, it just went to collections which was the first I heard of the bill. Called them direct instead of the collection agency and paid it since the collection agency reviews are as shady as these are.

They processed a procedure my son had under my husbands insurance who passed away prior to the surgery which is insurance fraud. I then spoke with someone in August about the incorrect information being processed they said they would call me back we were also on Medicaid which would have back dated to the surgery date and she said well they have been trying to reach me yeah by sending paper bills to the wrong address lol so there is nothing they can do I still owe . Never received a bill but was sent to a collection agency! When they contacted us, the woman refused to send a copy of the bill saying we had already received it, even after repeatedly being told we had never gotten it. No one will answer the phone after being on hold for five minutes, you get to leave a message. Extremely unprofessional and has components of a scam.
