Linda did a great job of explaining the process to me and was so empathetic and kind as a fellow mom. Otto is amazing with my son! My son has a lot of medical trauma having had open-heart surgery when he was a baby. Otto made getting the EEG done quick, flexible, & much less scary for him. Charlie absolutely loves Otto and asked to go back and “play with the head doctor again.” 😆 Thank you so much!
