The therapy provided is mediocre at best but you pay top dollar. The worst part is the billing department is horrible. Sometimes they take payment at an appointment, sometimes they do not. Even with repreated requests they never provide a full statement of what has been provided and what has been paid, making it impossible to track. The billing is very inconsistent with them requring payment before services sometimes and other times not. Our family loves Ivy Rehab in Springfield! We saw OTs Laurie and Yael for feeding therapy for our preemie daughter and they were both absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so supportive and encouraging and knowledgeable. We have also been doing PT for our son with both Lynn and Natasha and they are equally amazing. I initially went to this location because they were the quickest to get us in, but stayed long term because of how great everyone there is, even though it’s a long commute for us. Ivy Rehab was wonderful - especially my sons OT, Yael! She made him feel comfortable which made the OT experience that much more successful! I would not hesitate to return - thank you so much for all of your help and for taking such good care of my son!
This location will not answer their phone. I've had multiple attempts over weeks, it takes calling a different office and asking them to send an inner office message to get them to call you back.
