very unorganized! my son is scheduled every Monday at 8:30AM. they called me at 8AM saying the provider called out and they rescheduled me at 4pm. after canceling my plans, picking up my son early from school, drove 35min. they told it’s for the following day... no apology no nothing! when I arrived the following day, 2 min after 10, they told me they will have to reschedule because I arrive 2 min after 10... I ask if they could do something for the inconvenience… they said no!
Me gusta mucho el lugar ,todos son muy amables desde los recepcionistas hasta los terapeutas ,ellos han tratado a mi niña desde que era una bebé y sin dudas con su cuidado mi niña mejoró mucho ,gracias por su atención
Love this place. They are so good with my son and he's improved tramendisly since he started his tharapy
This place is a joke. The first week my child has his appt, I asked if I needed to bring anything. They said no and then when I got there, they asked me why I didn't bring food for him to eat (doing feeding therapy). The second time we had our appointment, the therapist was out and no one informed us. We had an appointment with a floater and it was fine but it was like starting all over again.
