Children's Primary Dnetal is super cute and everyone was amazing with my son! The techs were friendly and professional. The doctor gave us a wonderful step by step plan for a solid bedtime dental hygiene routine.
Editing as of 06/01/26, their office calls me this morning to cancell my child's appointment later this same day: I've been waiting for about 6 months for this visit to orthodontics and they rescheduled my child until next month. It's the first of June and they are giving me the second week of July. Ugh!!! This is so unprofessional. Dentist and staff have been amazing at treating my child. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but she was not seen until 9:10 a.m. The consultation itself lasted only about 10 minutes. In addition, the office had my daughter’s date of birth entered incorrectly, which raised concerns about accuracy and attention to detail. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting over an hour for such a brief appointment was frustrating.
