My son had eye muscle surgery at Children's Nebraska West Village Pointe. The complete staff; nurses and doctors are completely remarkable. The kindness they have for each patient and parent really shows. They are a caring group, and I have so much gratitude for all of them. Thank you.
We had tubes placed in my daughter's ears at this facility. The staff was amazing, comforting and informative for the first procedure that we ever had completed on our 11 month old daughter. Carol, our nurse, was fantastic and we had very clear after care instructions.
My son got his teeth fixed here and our experience was very good. The waiting area was very nice, then we went back to another room which was also very nice! The staff that took care of my son were great! They answered all of my questions and helped with my concerns. They worked around what he wanted (being nervous, tired and terrified) instead of just forcing him to do what they wanted. The anesthesiologist then came in and answered all my questions again.
