I was incredibly pleased with the service we received! They were very accommodating, scheduling our appointment the day after we were discharged from the ER. Completing all the paperwork online was convenient and minimized our wait time upon arrival. After a quick X-ray, the PA evaluated us, and Dr. Piazza's examination put us at ease immediately. The entire medical team and office staff were excellent. I highly recommend their services!
My 9 year old son was seen by Dr. Bland on March 7th, 2024 for a minor fracture of his forearm. During this appointment Dr. Bland advised that the fracture was not close enough to the growth plate to cause any issue and that he was confident that it would heal well. He gave us the option of a hard cast or a brace to be worn for 3 weeks, the hard cast he said we would have to follow up for removal in 3 weeks, but if we chose the brace, after 3 weeks if my son had no pain or discomfort that we would not need to follow up. Front office doesn't know what it's doing and schedules appointments for procedures the office has never done and refuses to do. My wife called to set an appt for a referral for a minor procedure and confirmed with Cybil on the phone that it could be done that day. They were waiting on receiving the X-rays to schedule so they called me when they arrived and the doctor had assessed them. I had Cybil confirm with the office manager that the doctor does this exact procedure in-office and that he would do it the day of our appt.... read more
