bad customer service, I asked them if they could give me a better price because the of the jacket of the brand Sara was not working the zipper and the lady a white woman told me that ya jacket is garbage. she prefers to throw it away, to sell it👎👎👎👎👎
I called them to see if they were interested in buying two swings as my twins have outgrown them and they said sure. When I arrived the said sorry but we don’t have space call us in a few weeks. So I did and once again they said yes bring them in so I did and once I arrived I hey said they didn’t need swings at the moment. What a waste of my time and horrible customer service. Please all be on the same page.

Amber, I sincerely apologize for any inconvence. Our inventory changes daily and our space is really limited. We typically do not accept multiple craddle swings due to the large size. Again, my apologies for any miscommunication.
high quality clothing at great prices
Just found out its under new ownership and they seem to be phasing out all of the stuff I used to shop for (gear, toys, etc.) Still a good deal on clothes, but I'm going to have to find a new children's resale to buy the cool stuff at (and that's the stuff I like to buy!) Updated to add: the infant sizing is a mess and they no longer let you use their restroom. Idk if they realize pregnant ladies and small children and grandmas (like their entire clientele) usually need restrooms. This place is circling the drain and I'm bum... read more

Right now we are doing a toy buy promotion for 50% more than the cash offer in store credit, so if you have some awesome items to sell, please stop by. We stock based on what sellers bring in so we are totally accepting toys and gear. Hope to see you again soon.
You should know that my husband just went there with 3-4 bags of really nice clothes for you to review. There were two people in the store and your employee sitting on a chair on her cell phone informed him that he needed an appointment and that she could maybe go through one bag. He had our 2 year old in tow and there was no sense of urgency to help him. Seems odd for a store that caters to parents of small children.
