Receptionist needs to be spoken to about manners, this office handled our call terribly and was not cooperating and had us repeat questions multiple times without any insight about what we were calling about, specifically the receptionist just did not know what was going on or what we were asking and ended the call rudely. I called another office and had no problem with my questions and they booked me an appointment no problem, do not recommend this children’s hospital.
Dr. Kuwabara is amazing. He made my son feel so comfortable. He explained everything so perfect to us and made sure we understood everything. He made sure to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend him. Our son Hussein loves him!
