Ive been seeing Dr.Foradada since I was 17 Im now 24 He the best and wouldnt tried him for anyone else. He always trys to understand my issues and help in any way he can.
I am a BCBA and joined a client for a collaborative appointment regarding treatment for a client, and it was one of the best medical appointments I have ever attended. We met with Mary, and she was incredibly engaged, collaborative, and listened to every concern we had to help establish a treatment plan. We were not rushed, she asked additional questions to gain information from everyone, and was so kind with everyone involved.
My kids been seeing Dr foradada since 2005. He's a wonderful doctor and the nurses there too. I do miss the front staff that use to work there but everyone is nice and friendly.
I definitely do NOT recommend this practice to anyone. Every single month it is a fight to get my son his medication. The NP, Karina, has been wonderful but the office staff… needs A LOT MORE TRAINING! In April/May, I spoke with a female front desk lady who had an attitude from the minute she answered the phone. I asked her to send my son his 10mg medication as the pharmacy said they did not send the script properly. She said she would send it. After 2 hours I went to pick up the medication and I was told they sent the 5mg i... read more
I personally like both the doctor & the PA we see, no complaints there. HOWEVER - The office / Admin side.... SO FRUSTRATING!! Not a particular individual bc Yes, they've all been bery kind but the inability to answer their phones, allow voicemail to be left or hire a damn answering service to assist, RIDICULOUS! Their inability to call people back OR place callers on hold for less than 10 min rather than the 35 minutes i was on hold this week (1 call) is RIDICULOUS!
