Words can seriously not express how amazing this practice is! I had my son at PENS and didn’t feel heard or validated. There were other issues but that a moot point. I’m an NP and asked around and was recommended by medical professionals to see Dr. Foradada and his NP Mary. I am so glad that I listened to the recommendations. This office has to be some of the worst receptionist in the world! For 2 days I have called 10x each day with no answer no response.
I highly advise against going to this office. You have to harass them and call well over a dozen times in a row for them to even answer you. And they’re so unhappy and rude when they answer the phone. Healthcare is already crap, don’t add to it. And that’s exactly what they do. If I could give negative starts I so freaking would. Bad customer service. Terrible setup all together.
