When the pharmacy first opened they were an answered prayer! As we continue with them we keep getting unanswered promises, autofills that don’t come abs aren’t followed up on promises certain meds will be to us with no issue by a certain date and they ship from their location 2 days later. We’ve went without certain meds a couple times now for several days and I’m starting to lose hope in my answered prayer
The employees are awesome, very friendly, and very helpful. The only issue that I have is that the operating hours are normal business hours which makes it very difficult to pick up prescriptions for people who work the same hours. It would be nice to have Saturday hours or even staying open until 6pm or 7pm.
