This is me updating this office customer service in 2025. And it’s still awesome. I am still going to this office, now 15 years. And I still love this office and the people who work here. Thank you for your service. This issue has been resolved! Thank you to the manager and Mrs. Fitzbugh. They called and resolved my concerns within 24 hours of my complaint. I called into the Waldorf location to figure out the status of my baby’s records and Ashanti from this location (they share the phone lines to help out if needed) she helped me beyond my expectations. She was quick, efficient, and had a solution for me without me questioning. Super sweet and took her time to hear me out ☺️
We’ve been bringing our daughter to this pediatric office since she was a newborn, and the experience has been consistently wonderful. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they make all the difference. From the front desk to the providers, everyone is warm, attentive, and exceptional with children.
