The office staff was polite, kind, and helpful. The neurologist, Dr. Mbwana, did not seem very caring or to be thorough in his examination nor plan for care. I will likely be back for follow-up, but I hope my concerns are taken more seriously this time.
I had a wonderful experience at Children’s National – Maple Lawn (7625 Maple Lawn Blvd #230). Nurse Mary was extremely polite, kind, and professional, which made the visit very comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the doctors were truly excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and caring. You can really tell they care about children and families. Highly recommended!
Very helpful and accommodating, they took my son in even though there were some discrepancies, but they figured it out and still took care of the appointment.
