Very helpful and accommodating, they took my son in even though there were some discrepancies, but they figured it out and still took care of the appointment.
Find another doctor. It was my fault not writing down the suite number but I get there and spend 15 minutes in the lobby looking for Dr Sebastian on the directory. Fedex and UPs couldn't tell me the suite. I finally get to the office 25 minutes late and have to reschedule after a 2 month wait. No one was in the waiting area. This is a stomach issue of a child. We had 8 AM appointment on a Monday with dev specialist for a followup. When we came, the front desk told me that the provider cancelled our appointment that morning. No notice to us until we arrived. My husband took off from work, we woke our daughter up at 6 am and drove 1.5 hrs from VA. Front desk just said that the provider can’t come and they will have to call me to reschedule. I told her how far we traveled to come to the appointment and she later apologized for the cancellation.
