My four year old son was seen by licensed nurse practitioner Joanne Kuhnau for an appointment regarding an ear infection in the right ear which was not resolving. During this appointment I was told that the left tube had fallen out and was stuck in wax inside the ear canal. This was the opposite ear that was having the issue. She spent a very long time trying to retrieve it and then resorted to pouring peroxide in the ear which caused him to scream and thrash in pain…after this reaction she then flushed with water.
