Can anyone educate me on why like 99.9% of the receptionist are rude AF? (Even in the ER.) I would think that a hospital that has their slogan that they love helping people they would have employees that do just that. Not ones who don't know how to communicate properly and that are just outright rude. Makes me wonder if they get off on being mean to concerned parents\parents who are just looking for directions\assistance. I'm referring to the receptionist in the Neurology department.
