I can’t explain how grateful I am for Children’s Mercy. My little brother was brought in after a car accident and from the moment he arrived, nurses and doctors rushed to his care. I knew he was in good hands. Labs and scans were ran soon after his arrival and I was updated constantly. Every staff members were beyond amazing and kind. A scary morning turned into a blessing because of them. Thank you Children’s Mercy, you guys are truly the best medical team I’ve ever seen!

Ive been coming to children's mercy for many many years and I have never had this rude service like I have right now. Im currently at the downtown location with my son he came in through ambulance and got shoved back into the waiting room because I hadn't arrived yet I was right behind the ambulance!!!! My child came in with breathing problems and got shoved to the side didnt even get a real room!!! This is ridiculous I never write reviews but this is crazy!!! Es mi primera vez en este hospital traje a mi niño su atención si fue algo tardado pero su atención dedicación hacia mi bebé fue muy linda muchas gracias por sacarme de dudas y atender a mi niño con ese cariño muchas gracias a todo el personal en general.

They where fast but didnt give us any Tylenol for our baby before we were discharged. They said they would but did smh. Still please with them and grateful. Thank you

My daughter passed out hit her head on concrete she's 7yrs old we've been here since 1:38pm it's now 4:38pm. If i could give them a zero O I would. She's been out here 1 other time when she was 2 for swallowing a dime they had to remove. Ridiculous.
