So far, everyone has been great
Moved from Texas to Kansas and was referred to CMH , walking in it is so beautiful (: but that’s it. The front desk people were so rude. First we had no idea we needed to stand on a certain side of the rope because the set up looks like they have a spot for you to wait in line for but it’s not. She was so rude telling us to get on the other side of the rope and then we told them we had an appointment and they laughed like “okay and” attitude. So far I had the best experience. Got seen in the ENT department pretty quick and the team made things easy for us so that we can have much done the same day since we live far. Hopefully the rest of the treatment will go as smoothly as the consult and introduction to the hospital.
This is the world worst hospital waiting room waits are more then 4 hr doctor take 2 hr to see your kids and 1 hr to discharge you
