It is highly recommended. They are so friendly, hospitable, and professional. The 4 brief sessions with Cindy were great, she helped my kid to talk more about his feelings, to find solutions, and he was actually circle the upcoming date using his calendar and count when he will see her. You may get surprised about how much your child has inside, and how much behavior therapy will help them to spell it out. Cindy and the administrator are just awesome! Thank you from my deep heart Cindy!!!

CMHO’s nearly 100 member organizations operate in every region of the province, providing treatment and support to children, youth and families. This includes targeted prevention, early intervention, short- and long-term counselling and therapy, and intensive services such as residential care. Their agencies serve children and youth between the ages of 0-18 years of age. No physician referral is required and no OHIP card is necessary to access services.
