The staff at the front desk are a joke. If your child has to see Donna you will be back for repeat visits. Donna pawned off "Samples" of Claritin on us because it was about to expire and said that would help my son. Not even a week later he has failed his hearing test. The doctors office insist on telling us he has fluid in his ears and to "reschedule" yet the next available visit is nearly a week away. We've had 4 visits in the past 6 months at this office. Each visit we've waited 30 minutes or more past the appointment time. Each time we saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. They do not value their patient's time at all and are extremely inconsiderate, never offer an apology or let you know ahead of time that they are running behind. Unfortunately there are a limited number of pediatricians in Bay City and they take advantage of that fact.
