We have never never stepped foot here and they filed a bill against our child’s insurance company claiming otherwise. We have completed 4 months of paperwork with our blue cross and THEM. Today their customer service intentionally put me on hold for 26 min. They laughed when I called back along with her coworkers. Her name is VICKY. She said she’d get a supervisor.
