The lady at the front desk office, (the one in the middle) could be more welcoming friendly and professional. The fist day I went I asked assistance on something in specific and I had to ask her again a second time for it to be resolved. The second day I went the same week, I approached her said Good morning and instead of saying something like good morning back or how can I help you, she didn’t acknowledge me, stared to her computer, when a second before she was just talking to the receptionist next to her.
